Shipping Policy

At this time we ship all items via U.S. Postal Service within 2 business days. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your order after processing. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know! We always do our best to accommodate rush orders, however, there is an additional charge for rush orders.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery you may do so at an extra charge. Please email us and we will calculate your additional shipping charges.

Damaged and/or Lost Packages

Should merchandise ordered arrive damaged, LLT Software MUST be contacted within 48 hours from the time of delivery. In such an occurrence, you will be given the option of a refund and/or exchange of item(s) shipped.

Should the merchandise ordered (after receipt of confirmation of shipment by LLT Software) not arrive within 45 days, you must notify LLT Software. We will immediately look into the situation and take care of it.
